After reading a lot of reviews, I chose the Holiday Express based on the reviews I had read and was not disappointed. The staff were great and even better, the beds were great! The room was very clean as well as the whole facility. They had a great breakfast, which was included, in the AM and provided a shuttle ride to our cruise destination. Would highly recommend it!

We stayed at this Holiday Inn because it was close to the port where our cruise ship was departing. The free shuttle right to the port was wonderful. We had a great breakfast at the hotel as well. Very nice pool area.

Very good hotel, perfect to take holidays of cruiser. Very near the port and they have free transportation to the port. My wife and I had an emergency and we had to go to the hospital that was well near the hotel. We had to extend our stopover by the emergency and the hotel gave us a better rate price.

If staying at the hotel you should ask specific questions about the complimentary shuttle or you will end up paying $15 for a cab to the airport like we did. The staff told us that the shuttle could not take us to the airport b/c it only runs every hour on the half hour which the staff the day before didn't tell us. We had to take a cab ride to the airport. We were told we would be reimbursed for the cab ride and to take the assistant managers card and call him to reimburse us. We emailed and call him and received no call back. We finally got a hold of him at the hotel and he told us there was nothing he could do and would not uphold what his staff had told us. I would not stay at the hotel again b/c they do not uphold their word and honor what they tell you.
