  First thing.............the room was great. Roomy, clean and modern. Very good bed. As good as the room and bed was, the pillowswere terrible. I make fun of my wife for always bringing a pillow from home, this time she brought two, it saved me from neck problems. These were not even good enough for a chair cushion. Flat, small foam that collapsed as soon as any weight was applied. I tried using 3 but was still unable to get comfortable. The major disappointment with the room was that it didn't have a microwave or fridge. I've stayed at many hotels/motels that cost a hundred dollars more per night, and they all HAD these. We stayed for 3 nites and it was very inconvenient to have to take the tiny ice bucket up to the next floor for ice several times an evening. Sounds petty I know.....but for the price I expected more.

  This hotle has a beautiful lobby and friendly staff. my room was comfortable with two queen size beds; the other furniture was high quality. the location is great, very close ...

  This hotle has a beautiful lobby and friendly staff. My room was comfortable with two queen size beds; the other furniture was high quality. The location is great, very close to Fort Lauderdale airport. Only issue I had was that the hotel charges $* a day for parking and I had to pay $* at the exit gate when I left for last time.

  Hotel needs serious upgrade...definitely not on par with other sheraton hotels i have stayed in....room not clean and believe me i'm not picky..those reviews must have ...

  hotel needs serious upgrade...definitely not on par with other sheraton hotels i have stayed in....room not clean and believe me i'm not picky..those reviews must have been written by the owners..do not eat in the dinning rm...we were the only people in the dining rm which should have been a clue since it was a saturday afternoon. After 45 minutes a waiter finally came and took our order...another half hour later we got a cup of tea but no silverware..another long wait for that...the food came and it was awful...chicken club with slimey chicken which didn't smell good...afraid to eat it..the worst cobb salad with 3 pieces of more slime chicken and onion soup which was even bad...very very overpriced for tab of $43 plus tip...complained to mgr of dining rm after another half hr wait he decided to drop the tab to $28...i went to the mgr of the hotel and he took off the charges for food off my bill. The only plus for this hotel is the check in staff and mgr..there are no other places close by for eating so we had to out for chinese food...tab for that $25 for 2 wonton soups and pork fried rice. There are so many other hotels in the area that would be a better choice.

• Great for the price felt like a 5 stars Hotel

  The room felt like a five stars hotel, the bed was excellent, the location was very quiet easy access in and out,i-95 close by, fll airport 5 minutes ...

  The room felt like a five stars hotel, the bed was excellent, the location was very quiet easy access in and out,I-95 close by, FLL Airport 5 minutes away, we received complimentary parking because the lady at the front desk was easy to talk to and very professional. The staff was very nice and very accomodating, only a little problem with the keys, I had to get new keys the second day. Clean rugs, clean bathrooms, great shower head. They let you sleep, unlike other pricy hotels were the start knocking on your door at 8 am. Best of all, quiet, did not hear noises of people running around the halls. We needed relaxation and we got it. The elevators arrived fast, we did not have to wait to much. Better discounts if you booked two days in a row. Paid only $87.50 per night. No parking fees.
